By completing a booking through our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms provided during the booking process. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.
Surfhouse is a platform connecting travellers with surf-focused accommodation. Surfhouse is responsible for the platform and its intermediary services, but not for the experience at partner properties.
The platform receives information from suppliers and acts with reasonable care to verify its accuracy, but is not liable for errors except in cases of gross negligence. Surfhouse is not a party to agreements between guests and service providers. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their data and the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Users agree to respect the platform's values, the laws applicable in their home country and destination, to avoid false bookings, and to maintain respectful behaviour towards hosts and other users.
Prices shown on the platform include applicable taxes and surcharges unless otherwise stated. Users agree to pay the costs as indicated at the time of booking.
Users accept the cancellation conditions specific to the selected supplier, which are visible before completing the booking. Users are responsible for the behaviour of all group members included in the booking. Refunds depend on the conditions set by the individual supplier.
All content on the platform — text, images, logos, graphics and software — is owned by Surfhouse or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
Surfhouse facilitates communications between users and suppliers but does not assume direct responsibility for the stay experience. For any matters relating to the service received, users are encouraged to contact the property directly.
Surfhouse reserves the right to cancel bookings and suspend or revoke access to the platform in the event of a breach of these terms, or fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
Surfhouse is not liable for unforeseeable damages, indirect losses, or events beyond its reasonable control. The platform's maximum liability is limited to the value of the booking in question.
Bookings are made directly with the supplier; Surfhouse facilitates search, comparison and connection. The accommodation contract is established between the user and the property, not with Surfhouse.
